About the farm:

This unique coffee is produced and processed in the historic region of Antigua, Guatemala.

Thanks to the high elevations and unique micro climates of this region, Hacienda Carmona are able to produce some truly stunning lots ranging from the original varieties of red and yellow bourbon but also experimenting with new varieties like this Java.

This coffee is comprised of the Java variety and is processed using the clean mountain spring water from the rich Antigua valley, before being fermented and then dried for 12-25 days on patios.

Big sticky Marmalade like acidity is followed by a rich sweetness in this exceptional java lot from Finca Pulcal, A really great Autumnal warmer.
