Grown by Jairo Arcila at Finca 'SANTA' Mónica, this Sidra variety is selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness before being carefully sorted and dried on raised beds under controlled conditions. Sidra, a Bourbon–Typica hybrid originating from Ecuador, is known for high yields, vibrant sweetness, and its resilience to challenging climates.
We’ve chosen this exceptional lot as our festive coffee, celebrating its flavours reminiscent of the Christmas season, think Cointreau, Christmas pudding, rich fruitcake, and plenty of sweet dark chocolate.
