About the farm:

Sitio Baixão Da Serra was the dream of Abner and His wife Vanessa and it was in 2011 that they sold their house to make this dream a reality, and Baixão Da Serra was born.

In 2021 the couple produced A lot that was amongst the 10 best speciality coffees of cooxupé's, (the cooperative that they are a part of) And in more recent years have consistently produced high scoring coffees.

All the coffees produced at Baixão Da Serra are prepared as naturals, drying in full sun, turned, piled up and covered over night in order to control a slow and even drying process which guarantees the beautiful sweet cup profile that is present in this lot.

As mention above, this is a delightfully sweet cup which reminds us of a Black forest Gateau.

a lovely sweet cherry note followed by a syrupy, chocolaty body.

A really moreish cup.
