About the farm:
Grown in the high altitudes of Cajamarca, Peru, this organic coffee thrives in ideal climates and nutrient-rich soil. Osmer Cruz Guerrero’s farm, El Cedrillo, was recognised as one of the region’s top lots by exporter Alpes Andinos. A former mechanic, Osmer turned to coffee farming in 2019 and joined the association to build a sustainable livelihood. Through quality-focused training and 15-year variety rotations, he produces exceptional coffee that supports his family and community.
A very easy drinker which is great both as brewed coffee or espresso, we are getting lots of well rounded sweet plum flavours and lots of rich chocolate.
