About the farm:

Todosanterita, stands for all saints which refers to the infamous 1st of November celebration of saints that centralise around a yearly horse race.

Huehuetenango is A municipality in the western highlands of Guatemala, running up to the boarder with Mexico and encompassing a lot of microclimates across its hills and valleys.

The Todosanterita cooperative was set up in 1992 and now has 131 members. the group not only produce some fantastic coffee amongst their various farm but have helped to improve the locl area by fixing building such as schools and the roads around them which lead to important buildings such as clinics and libraries.

This is such an easy drinking coffee, very sweet a silky with a long finish.
