About the farm:

Luz Ángela Rojas was raised among coffee plants, deeply connected to the nature that accompanied her upbringing. She spent her childhood and adolescence helping her father with every task on the farm, surrounded by the lush greenery of the coffee fields. It was there, amidst the land, that she learned the importance of hard work from a young age.

When Ángela decided to attend university, she embarked on a career in healthcare, eventually becoming a head nurse. As she progressed in her profession and gained valuable experience, she felt a pull back to her roots: coffee. Upon completing her studies, Ángela recognised that, much like humans, the coffee plant needs nurturing, attention, and a life cycle to flourish. This realisation deepened her connection to the farm, and she found herself captivated once more.

Thus, the new project came to life: a family dream dedicated not only to preserving the roots of coffee but also to transforming, innovating, and making it exceptional. Ángela is devoted to providing distinctive coffee with a diverse range of flavours. However, achieving this goal requires starting with high-quality agronomic practices.

This is such a beautifully sweet and moorish cup which tastes like a warm blueberry muffin served with vanilla custard!
