About the farm:
El Tanque is located amongst the rich volcanic soils of the San Salvador volcano range.
The farm is 15 hectares and is owned by Fernando Felipe Alfaro Castanada, who started Alfacomer S.A de C.V a coffee growing company in 2019 with the main aim of putting El Salvador on the speciality coffee Map.
This is a really comforting coffee with a soft pear like sweetness, but the cup is mainly driven by smooth flavours of caramels and roasted nuts.
